good location smooth check-in broken toilet seat stained towels

The location is good. It is close to the Metro Tram 17. The staff were very nice and check in and out went very smoothly.

The toilet seat was broken. Towels had stains on them. the shower was moldy and the toilet roll holder too. The wallpaper in the corridor and bedroom was peeled off. There was also a smell in reception.

the location is very convenient, close to tram and bus services. staff were also helpful . i found the bed really comfy and huge!!!

the room could have been slightly cleaner, i noticed a bit of dust in some corners.

friendly staff resident cat

i am certainly glad i did not! the staff were friendly , and the room was very clean. the beautiful resident cat was a highlight of my stay.

when using the shower , the entire bathroom got soaked, it definitely could use a shower curtain.

the double room included comfortable beds with clean linen. the room was quite spacious and also featured a small balcony. i could open the windows to let in fresh air.

the hotel provides bicycle rentals at a reasonable cost. there is also a lovely resident cat , who seems to enjoy greeting guests. the reception area is conveniently located near the entrance.
